Attention all rowers that were part of the MJ15/J16 squad last year:
Juniors training Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm and Sat/Sun at 09:30am.
Update: July 21st – Seems everyone is still recovering after the champs – only a few scullers are going – they will carry their own sculls (trailer is not going down)
Carrick-On-Shannon Rowing Club have kindly extended an invitation to CommercialRC to attend their 420m Sprint Regatta on Sunday, August 2nd 2015 .
Entries must be made by Monday 20th July. 5€ per race & €7 for boat transport.
If anyone is interested in going (primarily in small boats), please change the ‘N’ to a ‘Y’ in the availability declaration googledocs form below before Monday at noon. In particular, for those of you who couldn’t make the Champs, this is an ideal opportunity to get some race experience in single sculls.
It could be your last race for a long long time….
Captain requests that boats are unloaded and rigged as soon as possible. Bring your size 10/13 spanners, Alan keys etc ( you can get all of these and much more at your local Dealz – 48 stores nationwide).
See you tonight (Monday) at 18:00
Note: This post is a place-holder for the Champs – check back here regularly for updates (in red).
The National Rowing Championships will be held at the National Rowing Center in Farran Woods, Cork on 10th to 12th July inclusive. i.e. Racing will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
